Bell Trading Co's Standard Terms of Trade are as follows
- Unless otherwise stated, vehicle is reserved for three (3) business days. Minimum 50% payment will be required within the reservation period failing to which will lead to automatic cancellation of the unit(s).
-Shipment process starts upon receiving minimum 50% payment.
-On receipt of 100% of the balance we will send you all documents via Courier (DHL).
-We can accept Letters of Credit at Sight for selected countries.
-Scanned TT copy will be required after payment to avoid any delays.
OUR SHIPPING TERMS
Free – On – Board: This is the cost of the vehicle excluding ocean freight. If you buy the vehicle on FOB price, it includes the cost of the vehicle and all expenses in Japan
Cost, Insurance and Freight. C&F: Cost, & Freight. (RORO Based):
This is the cost of the vehicle including all expenses incurred in Japan & ocean freight. If you need Insurance of vehicle, please ask us
Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer:
This is the best way to transfer your payments. It is the fastest, safest and most effective mode of sending payments. Telegraphic Transfer is facilitated by all major banks.
Letter of Credit:
We accept Letters of Credit at sight for selected countries. Please contact your nearest bank regarding the same.
